Out Of The Cellar is a boutique horror film festival taking place Friday, November 13, through Sunday, November 15, 2026 at the historic Chabot Theater in Castro Valley, California.
With a single iconic screen as The Chabot’s centerpiece, OOTC delivers a highly curated, theatrical horror experience — where every screening is an event.
The three-day in-person festival will feature local and worldwide independent horror films -from blood-drenched slashers to haunting psychological tales- followed by an on-demand digital showcase (Nov 16 – 22, 2026) featuring select festival highlights, filmmaker interviews, and of course horror movies!
